Ratios- We aim to have a coaches to child ratio of 1:16 on camp, however we ensure that this ratio is capped at 1:20. This is stricter than the Ofsted guidelines of 1:30, but we feel it enables us to provide a higher quality of service on camp.
Children are grouped by their academies but in the case of larger academies, such as Multi Sports, we may split the group by age typically 4-7 year olds and 8+ although numbers may change this slightly.
